Russell, Willie Nelson, Jerry Lee Lewis, Chet Atkins, Barbara

Played or sang on 50 + number
one records. Won a BMI awards as a songwriter and Gospel Music
awards and publisher for Gospel Music Song of the Year. For a
number of years I headed the Nashville office a the commercial
music production house based in Chicago, Com/Track. In that
capacity wrote and produced numerous national commercials for
numerous products such as McDonalds, United Airlines, Hostess
products, Kellogg’s cereals American Airlines among others.
Built my own home studio in 1986 and still work in my own
facility as well as at the famed Studio 19, where I have my
office (built by Scotty Moore, Elvis’s first guitarist on all
the Sun Records and Ed Sullivan shows). I currently own 2
publishing companies, Gerry Bruce Music, ASCAP and
Notkintorick Music BMI. I also have an independent record
label, Offrow Records. I still play recording sessions as a
guitarist and do vocals sessions as well. |
